Hi there!

You must wondering how to lose weight or maintaining the weight you just lost! Am I right?

Tried all ways but still put on all the weight that you have lost?

Here I am to share my experience with you!

There’s a saying that we eat to live but I beg to differ as I live to eat! As a food lover, I never want to forgo my delicious food and favourite desserts like chocolate mudpie with oozing hot fudge. I would go the extra mile just to get a taste of the most awesome food.

Well… but I can never fail to feel guilty after consuming all my favourite food.

Being a little plum and a low metabolism previously, it was really hard to even lose 1kg. Even with the lost, I would have easily put on all the lost weight within a meal.

Hence, I started researching on ways to not only lost weight but also maintain the weight loss in order to achieve my ideal body.
